We do not conduct ongoing animal tests and our full range contains no animal by-products. For that reason we are in conversation with the FDA to determine whether alternative cruelty-free tests might be possible in future. We put enormous value in human safety and high standards, but we do not condone animal testing unless there is absolutely no alternative available. Complying with these regulations was essential for us in order to sell in the US, which we plan to do in the near future. Any period products that are available for sale in the US have to pass these regulations, which require a one-off animal test to ensure safety for use near or inside the vagina. Our products are not currently certified vegan or cruelty-free due to FDA requirements.
